Ordering from outside Poland
Include two things and we can answer in one message instead of four: the products you want, with vial sizes, and your delivery country. We reply with the total, including the confirmed shipping cost for that country, and you choose bank transfer or cash on delivery.
You can also place the order in the shop first. The checkout is in English, and the shipping amount it shows for a foreign address is a placeholder; we confirm the real cost before dispatch. Full details are on the shipping and payments page.
Payment: what to ask about, and how
There are two ways to pay: bank transfer or cash on delivery. The checkout screen itself offers cash on delivery. If you would rather pay by transfer, write to info@peptyd.org or say so in the order notes, and we send the account details together with the confirmed shipping cost. The parcel goes out once the transfer arrives.
Email us before you order if you want to settle any of this in advance:
- which of the two methods actually works for delivery to your country,
- the full amount to transfer, including shipping, before you start the payment,
- the account details for an international transfer,
- anything about paying in a currency other than the Polish zloty: all amounts are in zloty, your bank converts at its own rate and may add its own fee, and we add no surcharge of our own.
One message with the products, the delivery country and the payment method you prefer is enough for us to reply with everything at once.
Questions about a product
For questions about what is in a vial, batch documentation or a certificate of analysis, include the product name and the batch number. If a verification code did not check out on the manufacturer’s site, tell us what the site returned and do not use the vial in the meantime. The procedure is described on the page about checking your product.
What we cannot answer
We do not advise on doses, cycles or protocols, and we do not comment on combining these substances with medicines you are taking. Those questions belong to a doctor, and our reasons are set out on the legal warning page.
We can tell you what a molecule is, what has been studied, what has not, what the vial contains and how to verify it. That is the line, and it is the same line our guides follow.

We can explain what each group is studied for and where the evidence stops. We do not recommend substances for personal use.
