We ship from Poland to your country: 30 EUR when you pay in advance, or 80 EUR for cash on delivery, and the amount is the same for every country. Prices in the shop are shown in euro, and the cart and the checkout are in English.
How do we ship?
Parcels go by courier or to a parcel locker. Every order is packed so that the vials travel protected, and the contents are not described on the outside of the parcel.

International shipping has two fixed prices and they are the same for every country outside Poland: 30 EUR when you pay in advance by bank transfer, and 80 EUR for cash on delivery, because the carrier charges extra for collecting the money abroad. The checkout shows the amount for the option you pick, and nothing is added afterwards.
How can you pay?
Two options are available, for domestic and international orders alike.
- Bank transfer. The account details and the amount in euro are shown right after the order and sent in the confirmation email. The parcel is dispatched once the transfer arrives.
- Cash on delivery. You pay when the parcel is handed over to you.
At checkout the payment method follows the shipping option you choose. With the prepaid option you pay by bank transfer and we send the account details by email right after the order; with the cash on delivery option you pay when the parcel is handed over to you.
You pay in euro; the exact amount is on your order confirmation. If you pay from an account in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add its own fee. We do not add any surcharge of our own.
Ordering from outside Poland, step by step
- Add the products to the basket and go to checkout. The checkout is in English; the fields are name, address, email and phone.
- Place the order with the shipping option shown for your address.
- The checkout shows the shipping cost and the total straight away, and we confirm the order by email.
- You choose bank transfer or cash on delivery, and we dispatch the parcel.
If you would rather agree everything before placing an order, write to [email protected] with the products you want and your delivery country. We will reply with the total, including shipping.
After you order: paying by bank transfer
- Right after the order, the confirmation page and the confirmation email show our account details (IBAN and BIC) and the amount to pay in euro.
- In the payment reference, enter only the order number. That is how we match your payment to your order.
- Once the transfer is made, there is nothing else to do. You don't need to email us.
- We check the payments arriving on our account. When yours arrives, the order moves to processing, you get an email about it, and the parcel is dispatched.
If the confirmation email has not arrived, check your spam folder or write to [email protected] with your name, and we will send the details again.
What we ship and what that means for you
Everything in this shop is sold as research material, not as a medicine. That status does not change with the destination country, and it does not change what is in the vial. No. You can order without an account; an email address is enough. If you want one, create it on the My account page: after signing up, we email you a link to set your password.
