Are you buying as a consumer, or as a sole trader for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature? Then you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Below we explain how to do it, when this right does not apply and how quickly we refund the money.
The deadline: 14 days from receiving the parcel
The period runs from the day on which you, or a person other than the carrier indicated by you, took physical possession of the product. It is enough to send us your statement of withdrawal before the 14 days are up.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
We sell peptides in sealed vials. The right of withdrawal does not apply if, after delivery, you open the sealed packaging of a product which for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot then be taken back for sale (Article 38(1)(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We treat breaking the seal, the cap or the protective film of the vial as opening it.
An unopened vial in intact packaging can be returned without difficulty.
How to withdraw from the contract
- Send your statement to info@peptyd.org or to the postal address: Tomasz Kozielski, ul. Poznańska 16, 00-680 Warszawa, Poland. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. A clear message with your order number is enough.
- We will confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail.
- Send the product back to ul. Poznańska 16, 00-680 Warszawa, Poland, no later than 14 days from the day you sent your statement.
Refund
- We refund the price of the product and the cost of delivery to you, up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the shop, within 14 days of receiving your statement.
- The money is returned by the same means you used to pay, unless you agree to another. If you paid cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank account number.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.
- You bear the cost of sending the product back to us.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
A complaint is something else
If the product arrived damaged or does not match the order or its description, that is not a withdrawal but a complaint. In that case describe the problem at info@peptyd.org and attach photographs and your order number. We reply within 14 days. The complaint rules are in § 8 of the terms and conditions.
