SLU-PP-332 is not a peptide. It is a synthetic small molecule, a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERR alpha, beta and gamma, acting most strongly on ERR alpha. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.

Why it is called an exercise mimetic
The same nuclear receptors are activated by endurance exercise. In mice, a single administration triggered a transcriptional programme resembling acute aerobic exercise, increased mitochondrial respiration and fatty acid oxidation in skeletal muscle and raised energy expenditure. In diet-induced obese mice and ob/ob mice it reduced fat mass gain and improved insulin sensitivity, with an increase in oxidative type IIa muscle fibres and better endurance capacity.
The caveat that matters most
Every efficacy result above comes from mice. None has been reproduced in humans and no clinical trials have been conducted. Anything written about its effect on people is extrapolation.
That gap is wider here than for most of this catalogue, because the phrase “exercise in a pill” invites a comparison with training that no data supports. The molecule switches on part of the transcriptional response to exercise in a mouse; training does considerably more than that, in a person. The full account is in the guide on SLU-PP-332.
A note on vial content
The product name states 5 mg, while an older description of the same product stated 1000 mg. One of those figures is wrong and we have asked the supplier to confirm. This page uses the figure from the product name.
Until that is settled, treat the vial content as unconfirmed. It is the one item in this catalogue where we cannot state the amount with certainty, and saying so is better than picking whichever number reads better.
Status
Not an approved medicine anywhere, and not a peptide despite being sold in a peptide catalogue. There are no human safety data of any kind, which also means there is no established dose; we publish none. As a metabolic modulator it belongs to a class covered by anti-doping rules, so competing athletes should treat it accordingly.
Handling and verification
Supplied as lyophilised powder. Concentration depends on the volume of water added, though see the note on vial content above before doing that arithmetic: reconstitution and storage. Check the code under the hologram as described in check your product. We ship within Poland and abroad; outside Poland the cost is quoted individually, depending on weight and destination country. Details: shipping and payments.
Questions
Is SLU-PP-332 a peptide?
No. It is a synthetic small molecule acting on estrogen-related receptors, sold alongside peptides because the buyers overlap.
Has it been tested in humans?
No. There have been no clinical trials, and every efficacy result comes from mice.
Does it replace training?
Nothing in the published work supports that. It activates part of the transcriptional response to exercise in mice.
How much is in the vial?
The product name says 5 mg and an older description said 1000 mg. We have asked the supplier to confirm and use the figure from the product name until they do.
