What is in the vial
Genheal is the only manufacturer in this catalogue offering the blend, in a 10 mg vial. Bio-Peptide and Nouveaux Ltd. sell the two peptides separately, so if you want a different brand you buy BPC-157 and TB-500 as two vials.
The 10 mg refers to the combined content. Concentration follows the same arithmetic as any other vial: 10 mg with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre of the mixture. The calculation is in the guide on reconstitution.
Why the two are combined
The rationale is mechanistic. BPC-157 has been studied as a local signal, driving vessel formation and tendon cell activity. TB-500 binds free actin and is described as influencing cell movement across a wider area. Advocates argue the two roles complement each other.
What the evidence actually is
No randomised or controlled trial has tested the pair in humans. The only human data in which both appear together is a retrospective knee study from 2021 in sixteen people, without a control group and with subjective assessment. The honest summary is that the blend rests on two mechanisms that fit together on paper, and on no outcome data in people at all.
Blend or separate vials?
The blend means one reconstitution and one price instead of two. No study has shown that pre-mixed peptides act differently from the same two given from separate vials. If you want to use one without the other, separate BPC-157 and TB-500 vials give you that freedom, and they also let you choose different vial sizes: BPC-157 comes in 20 mg from Nouveaux Ltd., which is the cheapest per milligram here.
Status
Neither molecule is approved for human use by any authority, and both are prohibited in sport at all times. A sanction can follow from possession or purchase records, without a positive test; the rules are explained in the WADA guide.

No study supports that. The advantage is practical: one vial, one reconstitution, one price.

No. Once they are in one vial they are given together in fixed proportion. Separate vials are the only way to control the ratio.
