What is in the vial
All three manufacturers fill 10 mg vials of lyophilised powder, so the choice here is between brands and prices, not between quantities. A 10 mg vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre; with 5 ml, 2 mg per millilitre. How it compares in its group
GHRP-2 raises cortisol and prolactin in a dose-dependent way above a certain threshold, which ipamorelin does not. It stimulates appetite moderately, where GHRP-6 produces the strongest hunger in the group. Those trade-offs, and the limits of comparing them, are mapped in the map of differences.
The phrase “strongest in the group” is worth pinning down, because it is usually quoted without its object. It refers to the peak concentration of growth hormone after a single administration in laboratory conditions. It does not refer to muscle, strength, recovery or fat, none of which has been measured in a controlled trial for any peptide in this class.
What it is bought with
GHRP-2 is usually paired with a GHRH analogue, most often CJC-1295, because the two act on separate pituitary receptors and together produce a larger pulse. That pair is also sold pre-mixed in a single vial. If the cortisol and prolactin rise is what you want to avoid, ipamorelin is the selective alternative in the same class.
Limits and status
There are no randomised human trials comparing these peptides for body composition, strength or recovery; the available data concern hormonal response after a single administration. GHRP-2 is not an approved medicine and is prohibited in sport at all times under category S2.

Is GHRP-2 stronger than ipamorelin?
By peak growth hormone after a single administration, yes. That is also the only dimension in which the comparison has been measured.
Does it raise cortisol?
Yes, in a dose-dependent way above a certain threshold, together with prolactin. Ipamorelin does not.
Does it cause hunger?
Moderately. GHRP-6 is the one known for intense hunger beginning 15 to 20 minutes after injection.
Is it allowed in sport?
No. It is prohibited at all times under category S2 of the World Anti-Doping Agency list.
