CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone, developed in the early 2000s. It stimulates the pituitary receptor for that hormone, raising the release of the body’s own growth hormone. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.

What is in the vial
Three manufacturers supply this compound here. Bio-Peptide and Genheal fill 5 mg vials, Nouveaux Ltd. fills 10 mg. The larger vial holds twice the milligrams; it is the same molecule, and it costs less per milligram, which is the only real difference between them.
The powder has no concentration until water is added. A 5 mg vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg per millilitre; the same 2 ml in a 10 mg vial gives 5 mg per millilitre. The arithmetic, and how it converts into insulin syringe units, is in the guides on reconstitution and syringe units.
What is known from human research
A study published in 2006 in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, in healthy adults aged 21 to 61, reported a half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days, growth hormone raised 2 to 10 times for more than six days, and IGF-1 raised 1.5 to 3 times for 9 to 11 days. Those figures describe the version with the action-extending DAC technology.
That distinction matters more than it looks. Numbers measured on the long-acting form are routinely quoted in advertising for the short-acting one, where they do not apply.
With DAC or without
The difference is duration, not strength. The version with DAC binds to blood proteins and holds IGF-1 elevated for days. The version on this page acts briefly and is meant to imitate the body’s own pulses. Which of the two suits a given research question is the whole basis for choosing between them, and it is set out in the guide on CJC-1295 with DAC or without DAC.
Limits and status
CJC-1295 was never approved for human use and remains a drug in development. It is in category 2 of the FDA 503A list, barred from pharmacy compounding, and on the World Anti-Doping Agency list in section S2.2.4 as a growth hormone releasing factor. Why it is paired with a secretagogue is explained in CJC-1295 and ipamorelin.
We publish no dosing schedules for it. The pairing it is usually bought for has never been tested in a randomised human trial, so any schedule circulating online comes from practice, not from research, and we do not repeat it.
Handling and verification
Supplied as lyophilised powder. Storage rules change once it is dissolved: see storage. Every vial carries a code under the hologram, and how to check it is described in check your product. We ship within Poland and abroad; outside Poland the cost is quoted individually, depending on weight and destination country, and it is confirmed before dispatch. Details: shipping and payments.
Questions
Is CJC-1295 the same as Mod GRF 1-29?
They come from the same family of GHRH analogues and are often sold under overlapping names. Mod GRF 1-29 is the modified 29 amino acid fragment; the comparison with sermorelin is in a separate guide.
Do the 2006 numbers apply to this version?
No. The half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days and IGF-1 elevated for 9 to 11 days were measured on the form with DAC.
Why is it usually bought together with ipamorelin?
The two act on different pituitary receptors, and firing both gives a larger growth hormone pulse than either alone. That is the mechanism; the outcome in people has not been measured in a controlled trial.
Is it allowed in sport?
No. It sits in section S2.2.4 of the World Anti-Doping Agency list, prohibited in and out of competition.
