What is in this vial
It is the smaller of the CJC-1295 vials sold here, which means less substance standing in solution at a time. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.
The conversion of an amount into insulin syringe units is worked through in the guide on syringe units, and the rules that change once the powder is dissolved are in storage.
Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says
The often quoted half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days was measured on the form with DAC, not on this one. This version acts briefly and is meant to imitate the body's own pulses. The full account, with the sources and the limits, is on the CJC-1295 page, and the background in the guide on CJC-1295 with DAC or without.
We publish no dosing schedules. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.
Genheal is the only brand here that offers CJC-1295 in both forms, with and without DAC, in 5 mg vials. That makes it the simplest starting point for anyone who wants to compare the short pulse against the sustained rise without changing manufacturer.
Concentration in this vial
| Water added | Concentration | Per unit on a U-100 syringe |
|---|---|---|
| 1 ml | 5 mg/ml | 50 mcg |
| 2 ml | 2.5 mg/ml | 25 mcg |
| 5 ml | 1 mg/ml | 10 mcg |
The table is arithmetic and nothing else: it converts the 5 mg in this vial into the concentration you get for a chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. It is not a dosing recommendation, and we publish none.
This vial next to the other CJC-1295 vials
The same compound is sold here in two other versions: Bio-Peptide, 5 mg and Nouveaux Ltd., 10 mg. The molecule is identical in each; what differs is the manufacturer and the amount in the vial. This is the smallest of the 3, so less substance stands in solution at a time.
Also from Genheal in this group
Within Growth hormone peptides, Genheal also supplies CJC-1295 with DAC 5 mg, GHRP-2 10 mg and GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 10 mg.
Why short action can be a choice, not a flaw
The body does not keep growth hormone at a steady level. It releases it in bursts spread over the day, with the largest one at night, after falling asleep. A short-acting peptide fits into that rhythm instead of replacing it.
The version without DAC occupies the GHRH receptor in a narrow window around the injection and then gives way. The result is a short pulse of growth hormone rather than a level held for many days. Anyone who sees the physiological rhythm as important chooses this form and accepts more frequent administration, so the vial is used up faster than with the DAC version.
CJC-1295 without DAC and Mod GRF 1-29
In practice the two names describe the same way of working: a short-acting GHRH analogue without the albumin-binding linker. The differences come down to the naming used by manufacturers and to pack sizes. Both names appear in our range, so compare above all the milligrams in the vial and the number of ampoules.
State of knowledge and status
Human data for CJC-1295 are very limited. They come down to one phase 1 study from 2006, and there are no completed phase 2 or phase 3 trials for either form. The peptide is not an approved medicine in the United States. On the World Anti-Doping Agency list it is in category S2, prohibited at all times, including out of competition.
Preparation and storage
The Genheal box holds one 1 ml solvent ampoule. Dissolved in it, the 5 mg vial gives 5000 mcg per millilitre, or 50 mcg per syringe unit. With 5 mg, half of a typical 10 mg pack, the ratios are half of what habit suggests. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab, add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and let the powder dissolve without shaking. Keep the solution in the fridge at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light.
Who this vial is for
You want short action in the simplest set, with one ampoule: this is the vial. You want a finer scale: the Bio-Peptide box has two ampoules. You need a bigger pack: the Nouveaux Ltd. version holds 10 mg. You would rather inject once a week: take CJC-1295 with DAC.
Why a GHRH analogue is paired with a GHRP: numbers from a human study
CJC-1295 without DAC is a GHRH analogue and acts briefly. It is most often combined with a peptide from the GHRP group, which acts through the second pituitary receptor. The reason shows in a 1995 study from Belgrade, published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. Eleven healthy people received GHRH, GHRP-6 or both together intravenously on separate days.
| What was given | Growth hormone over 120 minutes | Compared with GHRH alone |
|---|---|---|
| GHRH | 483.7 | 1 times |
| GHRP-6 | 1434.8 | about 3 times more |
| GHRH and GHRP-6 together | 3771.5 | almost 8 times more |
The values are the area under the curve in micrograms per litre. The result of both peptides together was significantly higher than the sum of each on its own. So a GHRH analogue alone gives a moderate pulse, and its real strength shows in a pair.
Where the synergy comes from
The two peptides start different pathways in the pituitary cell. Stimulating the GHRH receptor raises cyclic AMP and opens calcium channels. Stimulating the ghrelin receptor works mainly through protein kinase C. The GHRH analogue tells the pituitary how much hormone to release, and the GHRP opens the way for that release.
In the same study, in people whose hypothalamus was cut off from the pituitary, there was no synergy. So the pair needs a working axis. As of April 2026, no randomised human studies of the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin pair had been published. More in the guide CJC-1295 and ipamorelin: why together.

Questions
How much CJC-1295 is in this vial?
5 mg of lyophilised powder from Genheal, in one vial.
What concentration does 2 ml of water give?
2.5 mg per millilitre, which is 25 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe. Other volumes are in the table above.
Is this the same molecule as the Bio-Peptide vial?
Yes. CJC-1295 is the same compound in every vial here, and both hold 5 mg. What differs is the manufacturer and the batch certificate that comes with it.
Verification and delivery
Every vial carries a code under the hologram and comes from a batch with a certificate of analysis; how to check both is described in check your product. We ship within Poland and abroad. Outside Poland shipping costs 30 EUR paid in advance or 80 EUR cash on delivery, the same for every country: shipping and payments.
