What is in this vial
All three brands of GHRP-2 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

It raises cortisol and prolactin dose-dependently above a threshold. No randomised trial has measured what any peptide in this class does to body composition or strength. What GHRP-2 did in human studies
GHRP-2 has been studied in healthy people and in patients. Two of these studies give concrete numbers that show well how this peptide differs from the rest of its group.

In the first study, participants received GHRP-2 as a subcutaneous infusion for 270 minutes and then ate as much as they liked from a buffet. They ate clearly more, while the make-up of the meal did not change. The authors compared this effect with ghrelin, the hunger hormone. Appetite really does rise after GHRP-2, although in comparisons the effect is weaker than after GHRP-6.
GHRP-2 as a hospital test
In Japan, the GHRP-2 test is one of the recommended methods for checking growth hormone deficiency in adults. A 2013 study compared it with the insulin test, regarded as the reference standard. GHRP-2 gave the highest growth hormone peak of all three tests. Its specificity was 94.5 percent and its sensitivity 81.3 percent.
In a 1998 sleep study, a single dose of GHRP-2 given at night produced a growth hormone pulse and a temporary rise in prolactin, but did not change sleep. A comparison with other peptides of this group is in the guide Growth hormone peptides and sleep.
