What is in this vial

All three brands of GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

In a blend the ratio is fixed: you change both components at once or not at all. If you want to set the ratio of GHRP-6 to CJC-1295 yourself, two vials are more convenient.

Where the idea for this pair comes from

The synergy of GHRP-6 with GHRH was measured in humans as early as 1995 in Belgrade. Given together, they produced almost 8 times more growth hormone than GHRH alone, which is more than the sum of both effects. The same study gave a second result that matters for understanding the mechanism. In people whose hypothalamus was cut off from the pituitary, GHRP-6 hardly worked and there was no synergy.

The authors concluded that GHRP-6 acts mainly through the hypothalamus, not only directly on the pituitary. The pair therefore needs a working hypothalamus and pituitary axis. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue, so the blend rests on the same principle. There are no studies of the ready blend itself comparing it with two vials.
