A ready-made blend is one vial with two peptides, bought instead of two separate packs. It costs less than two full packs and cuts preparation down to a single reconstitution. Below is the arithmetic using figures from our price list, every pair available in the shop, and what to look at when choosing.
Which pairs come in one vial
We stock seven blends, and they all belong to two families. The first combines two recovery peptides, the second a GHRH analogue with a secretagogue acting through the ghrelin receptor.
| Blend | Contents | Price |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 and TB-500, Genheal | 10 mg in total | 35 EUR |
| GHRP-2 and CJC-1295, Genheal | 10 mg in total | 30 EUR |
| GHRP-2 and CJC-1295, Nouveaux Ltd. | 10 mg in total | 35 EUR |
| GHRP-6 and CJC-1295, Genheal | 10 mg in total | 30 EUR |
| GHRP-6 and CJC-1295, Bio-Peptide | 10 mg in total | 30 EUR |
| GHRP-6 and CJC-1295, Nouveaux Ltd. | 10 mg in total | 35 EUR |
| Ipamorelin and CJC-1295, Nouveaux Ltd. | 10 mg in total | 40 EUR |
How much you really save
The comparison only makes sense against separate vials from the same brand. Take the Genheal GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 blend at 30 EUR. Bought separately from the same manufacturer, the same peptides cost 20 EUR for 10 mg of GHRP-2 and 25 EUR for 5 mg of CJC-1295, 45 EUR in total.
The price difference is real, but you are not buying the same thing. For 45 EUR you get 15 mg of material in two vials and full control over how much of each peptide you take. For 30 EUR you get 10 mg in a fixed ratio, 5 mg of each peptide. The recovery blend looks similar: 35 EUR against 55 EUR for separate 5 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500 from Genheal.
What manufacturers say about the ratio
Manufacturers handle this differently. Genheal states on the label that each vial contains 5 mg of each of the two peptides. Bio-Peptide and Nouveaux Ltd. give the total contents, 10 mg, on the box and on their websites, without a split. Either way the ratio is fixed: if you want a different ratio, buy two vials and combine them yourself.
Why these peptides are combined at all
In the growth hormone pairs the reason is mechanical. The GHRH analogue tells the pituitary how much hormone to release, and the secretagogue acting through the ghrelin receptor opens the way for that release, so together they give a larger release than either alone. This is explained in the guide to CJC-1295 and ipamorelin, and the differences between the secretagogues themselves in the guide to GHRP-2, GHRP-6 and ipamorelin.
For the recovery pair the rationale is different and weaker. BPC-157 is studied as a local signal and TB-500 as a molecule with broader action, so supporters speak of complementary roles. No randomised study has tested this pair in humans, as the guide to combining BPC-157 with TB-500 explains.
What is not known about ready-made blends
No study has compared a ready-made blend with the same peptides given from two vials. Nor has it been shown that combining the powders in advance changes anything beyond convenience. Everything written about the advantage of blends rests on mechanisms, not on a clinical result.
The second point is practical. A blend is changed as a whole or not at all, so you cannot drop one component and keep the other. With two vials such a change simply means leaving one of them out.
When a blend makes sense and when it does not
| Ready-made blend | Two separate vials |
|---|---|
| One reconstitution and one injection | Two reconstitutions and two calculations |
| Lower price per pack | More material for a higher price |
| Ratio set by the manufacturer | Ratio set at every draw |
| A change covers both components at once | Each component is changed separately |
The ready-made BPC-157 and TB-500 blend has its own page, and every item is on the price list. Dissolving works the same way as with a single peptide and is covered in the guide to reconstitution with bacteriostatic water.
Frequently asked questions
Does a blend work better than two vials?
No study has tested that. The advantage is practical and in price, not clinically shown.
In what ratio are the components?
Genheal states 5 mg of each peptide on the label. Bio-Peptide and Nouveaux Ltd. state the total contents, 10 mg, without a split.
Is a blend cheaper than separate vials?
Per pack, yes. From Genheal the GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 blend costs 30 EUR and the separate vials 45 EUR, although they give 15 mg instead of 10 mg.
Can the peptides be separated after dissolving?
No. Once dissolved they are given together, in the fixed ratio set by the manufacturer.
Which pairs are sold ready-made?
BPC-157 with TB-500, and CJC-1295 with GHRP-2, GHRP-6 or ipamorelin, seven items in total.
