What is in this vial
All three brands of GHRP-6 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

What the evidence says
Like GHRP-2 it raises cortisol and prolactin dose-dependently. The published data describe hormone concentrations after single administrations, not outcomes. How much growth hormone GHRP-6 released in humans
GHRP-6 is one of the best-described peptides of its group in humans. The simplest comparison comes from a 1995 study in Belgrade. Eleven healthy volunteers received GHRH, GHRP-6 or both peptides together intravenously, on three separate days. The researchers measured growth hormone for 120 minutes after each dose.

The result of both peptides together was higher than the sum of their separate effects. The researchers called it a clear synergy. Ready-made blends of GHRP-6 with CJC-1295, a GHRH analogue, rest on the same effect, for example GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 Mix by Bio-Peptide.
Effect in older people and time in the blood
With age, the pituitary responds less strongly to GHRH. In a 1994 study from Turin, seven women aged 65 to 82 took GHRP-6 by mouth. Their peak growth hormone reached 10.7 µg/l, against 5.1 µg/l after GHRH given into a vein. After four days of dosing twice a day, the response had not weakened.
A 2013 Cuban study measured how long the peptide stays in the blood of healthy men. The elimination half-life was about 2.5 hours. After 12 hours the concentration fell to the limit of detection. The amount of peptide in the blood rose in proportion to the dose.
In medicine, the GHRH and GHRP-6 pair serves as a test for growth hormone deficiency in adults. In a 2003 study the test had a sensitivity of 94.4 percent and a specificity of 98.8 percent, which means it told patients and healthy people apart correctly.
