What is in this vial
Both brands of HCG here come in the same 5000 IU vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 5 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 1000 IU per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says

Medicine or research material
Chorionic gonadotropin differs from most items in this shop in one respect. It is not a molecule without registration, but the active substance of authorised medicines. The Polish Register of Medicinal Products lists Pregnyl 5000 IU as powder and solvent, and in the European Union a recombinant form is authorised as Ovitrelle.
The product information for Ovitrelle at the European Medicines Agency states that the medicine is dispensed only on prescription, and that treatment is led by a doctor experienced in fertility treatment. The product on this page contains the same substance but is sold as research material. The difference lies in the leaflet, in quality control and in the fact that with a medicine someone is responsible for the dose. That is why there is no administration scheme here: dose, intervals and the sense of use are assessed by a doctor, ideally after blood tests.
How luteinising hormone drives testosterone production
The hormonal axis in men has three levels: the hypothalamus, the pituitary and the testes. The pituitary sends luteinising hormone, and the Leydig cells in the testes respond by producing testosterone. When blood testosterone rises from an outside source, the pituitary cuts back on LH and the body's own production falls.
Chorionic gonadotropin enters this system at the very end, because it imitates LH and stimulates the testes directly. It does not act on the pituitary or the hypothalamus, so it does not replace their work.
Status in sport: the ban applies to men
The World Anti-Doping Agency list of prohibited substances and methods for 2026 has applied since 1 January 2026. Section S2.2.1 is titled testosterone-stimulating peptides in males, and it names chorionic gonadotrophin explicitly, alongside luteinising hormone and gonadorelin analogues. The ban applies to men, in and out of competition, which makes it one of the few sex-specific entries on the list.

Preparation and storage
The Genheal box holds one solvent ampoule. Add the solvent slowly down the wall of the vial, then mix with a gentle swirling motion; shaking makes the solution foam. Once dissolved, the preparation needs the fridge, at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. The powder itself is clearly more robust than the ready solution, so dissolve the vial only when it is going to be used. HCG alongside testosterone therapy: numbers from a study
Testosterone given from outside suppresses the pituitary and lowers production in the testes themselves. According to the authors of a 2013 study in the Journal of Urology, testosterone therapy alone leads to a lack of sperm in about 40 percent of patients. The researchers checked what happens when a small dose of HCG is added to the therapy.

This is a retrospective study without a control group. Its result is treated as a pointer rather than final proof. It does, however, show the mechanism: HCG keeps the testes working from within when the pituitary stops sending its signal.
Under the skin or into the muscle
In a 1991 study in Fertility and Sterility, 24 healthy men with an average age of 22.7 years were randomly split into two groups. Each received the same single amount of HCG, under the skin or into the muscle. Measurements continued for 144 hours after the injection.
After subcutaneous injection, the peak HCG level in the blood came later and the half-life was longer. The response of testosterone, LH and FSH was the same in both groups.
