What is in the vial

Two manufacturers offer this pairing, both in 10 mg vials holding the combined content. Bio-Peptide sells the two components separately, so a Bio-Peptide version of this pair means buying GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 as two vials, which also lets you set the ratio yourself. Which of the three pairings this is

GHRP-2 is the component regarded as strongest by peak growth hormone within its group, at the cost of a dose-dependent rise in cortisol and prolactin. If that rise is what you want to avoid, the ipamorelin pairing is the milder option; if appetite stimulation is the point, the GHRP-6 pairing is the one known for it. Those are the real differences between the three combination vials in this catalogue.

Why these two are sold together

A GHRH analogue and a ghrelin receptor secretagogue act on two different pituitary receptors. When both fire together the growth hormone pulse is larger than from either alone, which is the entire reason for pairing them. Buying them pre-mixed saves one reconstitution and one price; it has no demonstrated advantage over two separate vials.

What the evidence is

As of April 2026 no randomised human trial had been published for any specific GHRH and secretagogue pair. The mechanism is described; the outcome in people, meaning body composition, strength or recovery, has not been measured in a controlled trial. The reasoning and its limits are in CJC-1295 and ipamorelin.

We publish no dosing schedules for the pair, because there is no trial to take them from.

Status

Neither component is an approved medicine. Both belong to category S2 of the World Anti-Doping Agency list, prohibited in and out of competition.

Why GHRP-2 rather than ipamorelin in this pairing?

Because GHRP-2 gives the higher peak growth hormone in its class. The cost is a dose-dependent rise in cortisol and prolactin, which ipamorelin does not produce.

Is a pre-mixed vial better than two separate ones?

No study shows a difference. The pre-mix saves a reconstitution and a price; separate vials let you control the ratio.

How much of each is in the vial?
