GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 combination

A single vial containing GHRP-6 and CJC-1295. GHRP-6 is the component that produces the strongest appetite stimulation in its group, beginning 15 to 20 minutes after injection. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.

What is in the vial

All three manufacturers offer this pairing in 10 mg vials, holding the combined content of both peptides. It is the only one of the three combination vials available from every brand here. Reconstitution follows the usual arithmetic: 10 mg with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre of the mixture, as described in the guide on reconstitution.

The hunger decides this one

That hunger is the deciding factor between this combination and the others: useful when the difficulty is eating enough, an obstacle when it is not. It is not adjustable once the injection is given, so it is worth settling the question before ordering rather than after.

The two alternatives in this catalogue are the ipamorelin pairing, which gives minimal appetite stimulation, and the GHRP-2 pairing, which sits between the two and gives the highest peak growth hormone of the three.

Why these two are sold together

A GHRH analogue and a ghrelin receptor secretagogue act on two different pituitary receptors. When both fire together the growth hormone pulse is larger than from either alone, which is the entire reason for pairing them. Buying them pre-mixed saves one reconstitution and one price; it has no demonstrated advantage over two separate vials.

What the evidence is

As of April 2026 no randomised human trial had been published for any specific GHRH and secretagogue pair. The mechanism is described; the outcome in people, meaning body composition, strength or recovery, has not been measured in a controlled trial. The reasoning and its limits are in CJC-1295 and ipamorelin, and the whole class is mapped in GHRP-2, GHRP-6, ipamorelin and hexarelin.

Status

Neither component is an approved medicine. Both belong to category S2 of the World Anti-Doping Agency list, prohibited in and out of competition. We publish no dosing schedules.
