What is in this box
A pen already filled with retatrutide solution, 40 mg in total, and six replaceable needles. That is twice the amount in the 20 mg vials from Bio-Peptide and Genheal, and none of their preparation: no powder to dissolve, no concentration to work out, and the amount is set with the dial on the pen body.
Six needles do not mean six administrations. A needle is used once and changed every time, and how many administrations the pen gives depends on the amount taken each time. Further needles are bought separately, as with insulin pens.

Storing a ready solution

What the evidence says
TRIUMPH-1 enrolled 2,339 people with obesity, or overweight with a related condition, and compared 4 mg, 9 mg and 12 mg once a week. After 80 weeks the 12 mg group lost 25.0 percent of body weight against 3.9 percent on placebo, counted by the treatment-regimen estimand. Higher doses gave more weight loss and more side effects together: the share of people who stopped because of side effects was 4.1 percent at 4 mg, 6.9 percent at 9 mg and 11.3 percent at 12 mg, against 4.9 percent on placebo.
