What is in this vial
All 3 brands of Ipamorelin here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

What the evidence says
Its single completed human trial tested postoperative ileus in 114 patients and missed its primary endpoint. There are no studies of its effect on body composition or muscle mass.
