What is in this vial
All three brands of Ipamorelin here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says
Its single completed human trial tested postoperative ileus in 114 patients and missed its primary endpoint. There are no studies of its effect on body composition or muscle mass. Why it is called selective
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide from the GHRP group that stimulates the ghrelin receptor, GHS-R1a, and produces a pulse of growth hormone. What sets it apart from the older peptides of this group is what it does not do. In the pig study that first described it (Raun and colleagues, European Journal of Endocrinology, 1998), ipamorelin released growth hormone but, unlike GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, did not raise ACTH or cortisol. It also gives minimal appetite stimulation, while GHRP-6 produces the strongest hunger in the group.

What is known in humans
Ipamorelin has one completed human trial, in postoperative ileus after bowel resection, in 114 patients. It missed its primary endpoint, and development in that indication stopped. There are no studies of its effect on body composition, muscle mass or bone density. The only completed trial in people tested something unrelated to why the peptide is bought, and that is worth knowing before buying.
Why it is paired with a GHRH analogue
Ipamorelin and GHRH analogues act on two different pituitary receptors, and stimulating both gives a larger growth hormone pulse than either alone. Ipamorelin acts briefly, which is why it is most often placed next to CJC-1295 or Mod GRF 1-29. The pairing is also sold ready-made as ipamorelin and CJC-1295.
Preparation and storage
The Genheal box holds one 1 ml solvent ampoule. Dissolved in it, the 10 mg vial gives 10 mg per millilitre, or 100 mcg per syringe unit. Mix the contents of the vial with the solvent without vigorous shaking, and keep the solution in the fridge at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius.
Who this vial is for
You want growth hormone release without the hunger of GHRP-6 and without the cortisol rise of GHRP-2: this is the peptide, and the Genheal box with one ampoule is the simplest way into it. You want a choice of concentration: the Bio-Peptide box has two ampoules. It is prohibited in sport at all times under category S2 of the World Anti-Doping Agency list.
Ipamorelin and bone: three studies in rats
Growth hormone acts not only on muscle, but also on bone. Ipamorelin was tested for this in three rat studies, with dosing from a few days to a few months.

In the first study, bone growth rose with the dose: at three rising doses it was 44, 50 and 52 µm per day. In the second, the extra mineral came from larger bone dimensions, not from greater density. This is an important distinction when reading descriptions that promise stronger bones.
The third study is closest to practice. For three months, rats received large doses of methylprednisolone, a steroid that slows bone repair and breaks down muscle. Ipamorelin counteracted the loss of bone formation and muscle strength caused by the steroid. The formation of new bone on its surface was four times faster than in the steroid-only group.
