What is in the pack
All three brands of Hexarelin here hold the same 10 mg, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. Nouveaux Ltd. supplies this product as a dual-chamber cartridge: 10 mg of freeze-dried powder in one chamber and 1 ml of solvent in the other. The chambers are joined just before first use, so no liquid has to be moved from one container to another. After activation with the included millilitre the solution stands at 10 mg per millilitre, which is 100 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.

Nouveaux Ltd. as the manufacturer
Nouveaux Ltd. has the narrowest catalogue of the three and the largest packs: BPC-157 20 mg, CJC-1295 10 mg, sermorelin 10 mg, PEG-MGF 10 mg and follistatin 2 mg are all exclusive to this brand here. A larger pack costs less per milligram, and it also stands longer once dissolved, which is the trade-off to weigh before ordering.
What the evidence says
The 1996 study reported dose-dependent rises in growth hormone, prolactin and cortisol, with the growth hormone curve reaching a plateau. Combined with GHRH in a small dose it gave no cortisol rise. Hexarelin at night: a study with sleep recording
In 2004 Psychoneuroendocrinology published a study with EEG sleep recording. Seven young healthy volunteers received four intravenous doses of hexarelin or placebo, at 10 pm, 11 pm, midnight and 1 am. Sleep and hormones were measured through the night.

The authors write that hexarelin releases growth hormone more strongly than GHRH and GHRP-6. They explain the lighter sleep by a shift in the balance between GHRH and corticotropin-releasing hormone in favour of the latter. Other peptides in this family do something different to sleep: GHRP-6 added light sleep, and a single dose of GHRP-2 changed nothing.
A newer animal study: the heart after ischaemia
In 2017 the International Heart Journal described a study in which a coronary artery was closed in rats for 30 minutes and blood flow was then restored. For 7 days the rats received hexarelin, ghrelin or saline. Hexarelin improved the heart's contractile function and increased the number of surviving heart muscle cells. It acted somewhat more strongly than ghrelin at an equivalent dose, and the effect disappeared when the GHS-R1a receptor was blocked.
