What is in this vial
All three brands of Hexarelin here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says
The 1996 study reported dose-dependent rises in growth hormone, prolactin and cortisol, with the growth hormone curve reaching a plateau. Combined with GHRH in a small dose it gave no cortisol rise. Genheal fills hexarelin in the standard 10 mg vial. In the 1996 study the cortisol rise was tied to the size of the dose rather than to the molecule itself, which is worth knowing before comparing this peptide with the gentler ipamorelin from the same brand.

What the 1996 human study showed
In December 1996 the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism published a paper on the hormonal response to rising doses of hexarelin in healthy adult men. It was a dose-response study, which tests not just whether a substance acts, but how its effect depends on the amount given.
Hexarelin raised growth hormone clearly. It also raised prolactin and cortisol, and each of the three rises depended on the dose. The growth hormone response reached a plateau: above a certain level, more hexarelin stopped adding to the effect.
The finding that changes how this peptide is seen: in the same study, growth hormone releasing hormone given together with a small dose of hexarelin produced a large growth hormone release with a moderate rise in prolactin and no rise in cortisol. The cortisol rise is tied to the dose of hexarelin alone, not built into the molecule.
Why this argues for combining rather than raising the dose
GHRP peptides and GHRH analogues act through two different pituitary receptors, and stimulating both at once gives a larger growth hormone release than a single compound. The 1996 study adds something more: with such a combination it is possible to stay with a small amount of hexarelin and avoid the effect that larger amounts bring. That is why hexarelin is more often placed next to a GHRH analogue such as CJC-1295, Mod GRF 1-29 or sermorelin than used alone.

We do not write that hexarelin is the strongest in its group, because none of the sources we checked contains a direct human comparison of its strength with GHRP-2. On the World Anti-Doping Agency list for 2026 it appears in section S2.2.4 under the name examorelin, prohibited at all times.

You want hexarelin in a simple set: this is the vial. You plan to work with a GHRH analogue alongside it: this one too. You want to avoid any effect on cortisol regardless of dose: choose ipamorelin.
Hexarelin and the heart: an effect independent of growth hormone
Hexarelin has a feature the other GHRP peptides lack. It strengthens the heart's contraction, and it does so regardless of how much growth hormone it releases. Receptors for this group of peptides have been found in heart muscle, and in 2002 a second target, the protein CD36, was described.

Ejection fraction is the share of blood the left ventricle pushes out with each beat. In the first study, the same men received growth hormone in a separate test, which raised its blood level just as much. Ejection fraction, however, rose only after hexarelin. The effect appeared after 15 minutes, peaked at 30 minutes and lasted up to an hour.
The strongest evidence came from the second study. In patients with growth hormone deficiency, hexarelin released almost no growth hormone, because their pituitary was not capable of it. The peak was 1.9 µg/l against 45.7 in healthy people. Even so, the heart worked harder.
During heart surgery
In a 2002 study, 24 men with coronary artery disease received hexarelin, GHRH, growth hormone or placebo during bypass surgery. Only hexarelin increased ejection fraction, cardiac index and cardiac output, and the effect lasted up to 90 minutes. GHRH raised growth hormone in a similar way, but had no effect on the heart.
All these studies involved a single intravenous dose in hospital and small groups. There are no studies in which hexarelin was given for months. The whole picture is described in the guide Hexarelin and the heart.
