What is in this vial
All three brands of Mod GRF 1-29 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer

What the evidence says
There are no randomised human trials of this molecule, and none of any specific GHRH and secretagogue pair. The case for combining the two families is mechanistic. In practice the two names describe the same way of working: a short-acting GHRH analogue without the albumin-binding linker. The differences come down to the naming used by manufacturers and to pack sizes. Both names appear in our range, so compare above all the milligrams in the vial and the number of ampoules.
Why short action can be a choice, not a flaw
The body does not keep growth hormone at a steady level. It releases it in bursts spread over the day, with the largest one at night, after falling asleep. A short-acting GHRH analogue such as Mod GRF 1-29 fits into that rhythm instead of replacing it: it occupies the receptor in a narrow window around the injection and then gives way. The result is a short pulse of growth hormone rather than a level held for many days.
GHRH analogues and GHRP peptides act through two different pituitary receptors, and stimulating both at once gives a larger growth hormone release than a single compound. That is why Mod GRF 1-29 is so often placed next to a GHRP such as ipamorelin or hexarelin.
Preparation and storage
The Genheal box holds one 1 ml solvent ampoule. Dissolved in it, the 10 mg vial gives 10 mg per millilitre, or 100 mcg per syringe unit. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab, add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and let the powder dissolve without shaking. Keep the solution in the fridge at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light.

You want a short-acting GHRH analogue in the simplest set, with one ampoule: this is the vial. You want a finer scale: the Bio-Peptide box has two ampoules. You would rather have nothing to prepare: the Nouveaux Ltd. cartridge has the solvent in a second chamber. You would rather inject once a week: take CJC-1295 with DAC.
GHRH analogues and sleep: men and women respond differently
Mod GRF 1-29 mimics GHRH, the hormone the hypothalamus uses to tell the pituitary to release growth hormone. The largest natural release of this hormone falls in the first part of the night, during deep sleep. That is why researchers in Munich tested what GHRH given at night does to sleep. The result depended on sex.

The 2007 study in Psychoneuroendocrinology set out to check whether the difference between the sexes is real. GHRH was given intravenously in four portions through the night, at a fixed phase of the menstrual cycle, with a gap of several weeks between sessions. The authors' conclusion was clear: in women, GHRH given at night worsens sleep.
One practical point follows from this work. Deeper sleep after GHRH was described in young men, while in women the studies showed the opposite.
