What is in this vial
All three brands of GHRP-2 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says
It raises cortisol and prolactin dose-dependently above a threshold. No randomised trial has measured what any peptide in this class does to body composition or strength. GHRP-2 next to hexarelin and GHRH: a study from Turin
In 1997 the journal Peptides described a direct comparison of GHRP-2 with hexarelin and with the natural pituitary hormones. Six healthy young adults aged 22 to 27 received different peptides intravenously on separate days. The researchers measured growth hormone, prolactin, ACTH and cortisol.

The last row explains where GHRP-2's reputation as a cortisol-raising peptide comes from. With a single intravenous dose, its effect on the stress axis was comparable to that of the natural hormone that starts this axis. Ipamorelin does not do this, which is why it is sometimes chosen when cortisol should be left alone.
Appetite with long-term dosing
Long-term dosing of GHRP-2 was tested in ten children with growth hormone deficiency. For 12 months they took GHRP-2 by mouth twice a day, as part of a clinical study. In the first six months, seven of the ten reported a clear rise in appetite. Their body mass index relative to peers did not change significantly. The paper was published in 2003 in the Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism.
