What is in the pack
All three brands of GHRP-2 here hold the same 10 mg, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. Nouveaux Ltd. supplies this product as a dual-chamber cartridge: 10 mg of freeze-dried powder in one chamber and 1 ml of solvent in the other. The chambers are joined just before first use, so no liquid has to be moved from one container to another. After activation with the included millilitre the solution stands at 10 mg per millilitre, which is 100 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.

Nouveaux Ltd. as the manufacturer
Nouveaux Ltd. has the narrowest catalogue of the three and the largest packs: BPC-157 20 mg, CJC-1295 10 mg, sermorelin 10 mg, PEG-MGF 10 mg and follistatin 2 mg are all exclusive to this brand here. What the evidence says
It raises cortisol and prolactin dose-dependently above a threshold. No randomised trial has measured what any peptide in this class does to body composition or strength. GHRP-2 in the critically ill: a study from intensive care
One of the most interesting studies of GHRP-2 was done not in athletes but in men treated for a long time in intensive care. In prolonged critical illness, the pituitary almost stops releasing growth hormone in pulses, and the body breaks down its own protein. The study was published in 2002 in Clinical Endocrinology.

The patients were also compared with 50 healthy men of the same age and similar build. At the start, the pulses of growth hormone, thyroid hormone and LH were suppressed in the patients, and IGF-1 was low. Blood was taken every 20 minutes through the night, at the start, after the first day and after the fifth.
GHRP-2 alone restored growth hormone secretion and brought IGF-1 back to normal. Protein breakdown, measured by urea production, fell, however, only when it was combined with the second and third hormone. The authors conclude that in the critically ill what counts is stimulating several pituitary axes at once.
This study involved hospital patients and an intravenous infusion, not research material. It does show, though, that the pituitary responds to GHRP-2 even in severe illness. The differences between GHRP-2 and the other peptides of this group are described in the guide GHRP-2, GHRP-6 and ipamorelin.
