Mod GRF 1-29, 10 mg. Mod GRF 1-29 is a modified fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone, built to resist enzymatic breakdown longer than the unmodified sermorelin fragment.

What is in this vial
All three brands of Mod GRF 1-29 here come in the same 10 mg vial, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.
The conversion of an amount into insulin syringe units is worked through in the guide on syringe units, and the rules that change once the powder is dissolved are in storage.
Bio-Peptide as the manufacturer
Bio-Peptide has the widest catalogue of the three brands we stock: it is the only one supplying glutathione, NAD+, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, SLU-PP-332 and semaglutide, so an order from this manufacturer can usually be filled from one supplier. Every vial carries a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, and how to check both is described on the verification page.
What the evidence says
There are no randomised human trials of this molecule, and none of any specific GHRH and secretagogue pair. The case for combining the two families is mechanistic. The full account, with the sources and the limits, is on the Mod GRF 1-29 page, and the background in the guide on sermorelin and Mod GRF 1-29.
We publish no dosing schedules. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.
Mod GRF 1-29 and CJC-1295 without DAC are two names for the same molecule, and Bio-Peptide sells both under their separate names. If you already have one of them in the basket, the other adds nothing but a second label.
Concentration in this vial
| Water added | Concentration | Per unit on a U-100 syringe |
|---|---|---|
| 1 ml | 10 mg/ml | 100 mcg |
| 2 ml | 5 mg/ml | 50 mcg |
| 5 ml | 2 mg/ml | 20 mcg |
The table is arithmetic and nothing else: it converts the 10 mg in this vial into the concentration you get for a chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. It is not a dosing recommendation, and we publish none.
This vial next to the other Mod GRF 1-29 vials
The same compound is sold here in two other versions: Genheal, 10 mg and Nouveaux Ltd., 10 mg. The molecule is identical in each; what differs is the manufacturer. All three hold the same amount, so the choice here is the manufacturer and its batch certificate, not the size.
Also from Bio-Peptide in this group
Within Growth hormone peptides, Bio-Peptide also supplies CJC-1295 5 mg, GHRP-2 10 mg and GHRP-6 10 mg.
CJC-1295 without DAC and Mod GRF 1-29
In practice the two names describe the same way of working: a short-acting GHRH analogue without the albumin-binding linker. The differences come down to the naming used by manufacturers and to pack sizes. Both names appear in our range, so compare above all the milligrams in the vial and the number of ampoules.
Why short action can be a choice, not a flaw
The body does not keep growth hormone at a steady level. It releases it in bursts spread over the day, with the largest one at night, after falling asleep. A short-acting GHRH analogue such as Mod GRF 1-29 fits into that rhythm instead of replacing it: it occupies the receptor in a narrow window around the injection and then gives way. The result is a short pulse of growth hormone rather than a level held for many days.
GHRH analogues and GHRP peptides act through two different pituitary receptors, and stimulating both at once gives a larger growth hormone release than a single compound. That is why Mod GRF 1-29 is so often placed next to a GHRP such as ipamorelin or hexarelin.
Two ampoules, two concentrations
The Bio-Peptide box holds two 1 ml solvent ampoules. Dissolving the whole 10 mg in one millilitre gives 100 mcg per syringe unit; in two millilitres it gives 50 mcg per unit and a scale twice as fine. The choice is made once, when dissolving, and a second ampoule also helps if the first one breaks when opened. Keep the solution in the fridge at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light.
Who this vial is for
You want a short-acting GHRH analogue and a choice of concentration: two ampoules give you that. You would rather have nothing to prepare: the Nouveaux Ltd. cartridge has the solvent in a second chamber. You would rather inject once a week: take CJC-1295 with DAC.
Four substitutions in the chain: how Mod GRF differs from its relatives
Mod GRF 1-29 belongs to the family of GHRH analogues, peptides that mimic the hormone the hypothalamus uses to tell the pituitary to release growth hormone. Natural GHRH has a serious flaw: it is quickly broken down by the enzyme DPP-4 in the blood. Each member of this family solves the problem differently.
| Feature | Sermorelin | Mod GRF 1-29 | CJC-1295 with DAC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chain | 29 amino acids | 29 amino acids with 4 substitutions | the same chain with an albumin-binding group |
| Protection from DPP-4 | none | D-alanine at position 2 | D-alanine and albumin binding |
| Time in the blood | short, like natural GHRH | longer than sermorelin, still short | half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days |
| Shop price per mg | from 7.50 EUR | from 3.50 EUR | from 6 EUR |
A 2005 paper in Endocrinology describes CJC-1295 as exactly this tetrasubstituted form of GRF 1-29 with an added albumin-binding group. So Mod GRF 1-29 is the CJC-1295 backbone without that group, hence its second name, CJC-1295 without DAC. It acts briefly, so it gives a growth hormone pulse in the rhythm of the doses, not a steady rise over many days.
The cheapest milligram in this family
This vial holds 10 mg for 35 EUR, or 3.50 EUR per milligram. That is the lowest price per milligram among the GHRH analogues in the shop, on a par with the Genheal version. Sermorelin costs from 7.50 EUR per milligram, and CJC-1295 with DAC from 6 EUR.
The DAC version has a study in healthy adults behind it. That study, however, concerns the DAC version, and its results do not carry over directly to Mod GRF 1-29. All four GHRH analogues are set side by side in the guide Sermorelin, Mod GRF 1-29, CJC-1295 and tesamorelin in one table.

Questions
How much Mod GRF 1-29 is in this vial?
10 mg of lyophilised powder from Bio-Peptide, in one vial.
What concentration does 2 ml of water give?
5 mg per millilitre, which is 50 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe. Other volumes are in the table above.
Is this the same molecule as the Genheal vial?
Yes. Mod GRF 1-29 is the same compound in every vial here, and both hold 10 mg. What differs is the manufacturer and the batch certificate that comes with it.
Verification and delivery
Every vial carries a code under the hologram and comes from a batch with a certificate of analysis; how to check both is described in check your product. We ship within Poland and abroad. Outside Poland shipping costs 30 EUR paid in advance or 80 EUR cash on delivery, the same for every country: shipping and payments.
