What is in the pack
All three brands of Mod GRF 1-29 here hold the same 10 mg, so the choice between them is a choice of manufacturer and price, not of quantity. Nouveaux Ltd. supplies this product as a dual-chamber cartridge: 10 mg of freeze-dried powder in one chamber and 1 ml of solvent in the other. The chambers are joined just before first use, so no liquid has to be moved from one container to another. After activation with the included millilitre the solution stands at 10 mg per millilitre, which is 100 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.

Nouveaux Ltd. has the narrowest catalogue of the three and the largest packs: BPC-157 20 mg, CJC-1295 10 mg, sermorelin 10 mg, PEG-MGF 10 mg and follistatin 2 mg are all exclusive to this brand here. There are no randomised human trials of this molecule, and none of any specific GHRH and secretagogue pair. The case for combining the two families is mechanistic. Dose and frequency: what GHRH studies showed
Mod GRF 1-29 belongs to the family of GHRH analogues. They all act on the same pituitary receptor, so studies of other family members show what the effect depends on. Two studies in older men tell us the most.

One practical point follows from this comparison. A single injection in the evening had a weaker effect on IGF-1 than two a day. With short-acting GHRH analogues, it is not only the dose that counts, but also how many times the pituitary receives the signal. Mod GRF 1-29 acts longer than sermorelin thanks to its protection from the enzyme DPP-4, but still briefly.
In the 2004 study, the higher of the two doses also gave more lean mass and less abdominal fat. Leg strength, aerobic capacity and bone density did not change. Injection-site reactions were common.
