What is in this vial
It is the smaller of the HGH Fragment 176-191 vials sold here, which means less substance standing in solution at a time. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

The knee joint and stability: two lesser-known studies
Section 176-191 of growth hormone is mostly written about in the context of fat. Two papers, however, tested it in other situations. Both concern the modified version AOD9604, based on the same fragment.

The rabbit study compared four groups: saline, hyaluronic acid alone, AOD9604 alone and both together. The score for the appearance of the cartilage and its picture under the microscope came out best in the combination group. The authors write that AOD9604 given under ultrasound guidance supported cartilage repair. This is a single animal study, with no human data.
The second paper came from anti-doping laboratories, which look for such peptides in athletes' blood. Along the way it showed that this fragment breaks down quickly in liquid, even in the fridge. That fits with the short shelf life of the ready solution. In a dried blood spot the peptide remained detectable throughout the study.
