What is in this box
One vial with 20 mg of lyophilised tirzepatide and two 1 ml ampoules of solvent. The second ampoule is what sets this version apart. The Genheal box has one, so it gives a single concentration; here you choose. One ampoule makes 20 mg per millilitre, both together make 10 mg per millilitre, and you do not need to buy bacteriostatic water separately.
The lower concentration takes up twice the room in the syringe and is easier to measure. The higher one keeps the volume small. In 751 people with obesity and without diabetes, tirzepatide reduced body weight by 20.2 percent over 72 weeks against 13.7 percent for semaglutide, and waist circumference fell by 18.4 cm against 13.0 cm.
