Nouveaux Ltd. supplies this product as a dual-chamber cartridge: 10 mg of freeze-dried powder in one chamber and 1 ml of solvent in the other. This pair in hospital: a test for growth hormone deficiency
Combining a GHRH analogue with GHRP-6 is not an invention of the peptide market. In medicine, the GHRH and GHRP-6 pair is used as a diagnostic test for growth hormone deficiency in adults. It was tested at several centres in a 2003 study published in Clinical Endocrinology.

The test works so well because together the two peptides give a very large growth hormone pulse in a healthy person. In someone whose pituitary cannot release it, there is no pulse. The same synergy is the reason both molecules are sold in one cartridge.
Older people and arginine
A 1994 study from Turin tested GHRP-6 in 8 young and 8 older people. Peak growth hormone was 16.2 µg/l in the young and 9.9 µg/l in the older people, because the pituitary responds more weakly with age. When GHRP-6 was combined with arginine, the older people reached 22.1 µg/l, more than the young. In the young, arginine did not change the response.
The result shows that the weaker response in older people can be partly worked around by combining stimuli that act through different routes. There are no human studies of the ready-made blend with CJC-1295 itself. All the pairs are gathered in the guide Ready-made peptide blends in one vial.
