What is in this vial
It is the smaller of the PEG-MGF vials sold here, which means less substance standing in solution at a time. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

Genheal as the manufacturer
Genheal covers the growth hormone axis more completely than the other two brands and is the only one here supplying the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend and tesamorelin. Its vials carry a code under the hologram and a batch certificate, checked the same way as any other brand in this shop.
What the evidence says

What pegylation does
Polyethylene glycol, PEG for short, is a chemically inert polymer attached to drug molecules and peptides. It makes the molecule larger and slows its removal from the circulation. It has no biological action of its own and does not change what the peptide binds to.
The effect is purely pharmacokinetic: the same molecule stays available for longer. With MGF, whose natural form breaks down in body fluids within minutes, that difference decides whether working with the peptide is practical at all. The extension potentially reaches days and depends on the size of the attached PEG molecule.
An important distinction: PEG-MGF does not occur in the body. Natural MGF is made from the IGF-1 gene under mechanical load, while the pegylated version is a construct made in a laboratory.
What the data show and what they do not
Human data are limited to observational studies measuring the body's own MGF expression after exercise, which is something quite different from the effect of giving the peptide from outside. One independent laboratory also found no proliferative effect on primary human myoblasts. Claims of a local action on damaged muscle fibres, easy to find in sales copy, have no support in these data.
Preparation and storage
The Genheal box holds 1 ml of solvent. Dissolved in it, the 5 mg vial gives 5000 mcg per millilitre, or 50 mcg per syringe unit. The vial holds half of a typical peptide pack, so the ratios come out lower than with 10 mg vials; check them before the first draw. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab, add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial and let the powder dissolve without shaking. Keep the solution in the fridge at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light.
Who this vial is for
The short life of plain MGF puts you off: pegylation answers exactly that problem, and this is the simplest set. You want a finer scale: the Bio-Peptide box has two ampoules. You want a bigger pack: there is PEG-MGF 10 mg from Nouveaux Ltd.
How much MGF human muscle makes after training
The body's own MGF was measured in humans in a 2003 study in The Journal of Physiology. Eight young men aged 25 to 36 and seven older men aged 70 to 82 did a single training session with one leg. It consisted of 10 sets of 6 knee extensions at 80 percent of maximum load. Samples of the quadriceps were taken from both legs 2.5 hours later.

Two things follow from this study. First, MGF is a rare form in muscle, but it is MGF, not the whole-body form, that responds to loading. Second, in older men this response did not appear after a single session.
It is this observation that lies behind the idea of giving MGF from outside. The study, however, measured the body's own MGF in muscle, not the effect of a peptide from a vial.
