Sermorelin, 10 mg. Sermorelin, also known as GRF 1-29, is an analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone, and it was once a registered medicine.

What is in this vial

It is the largest Sermorelin vial in this catalogue, which makes it the cheapest per milligram and also the one that stands longest in solution once opened. The powder has no concentration of its own: it is set when you add the water. This vial with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg per millilitre, and with twice that volume, half as much.

The conversion of an amount into insulin syringe units is worked through in the guide on syringe units, and the rules that change once the powder is dissolved are in storage.

Nouveaux Ltd. as the manufacturer

Nouveaux Ltd. has the narrowest catalogue of the three and the largest vials: BPC-157 20 mg, CJC-1295 10 mg, sermorelin 10 mg, PEG-MGF 10 mg and follistatin 2 mg are all exclusive to this brand here. A larger vial costs less per milligram, and it also stands longer once dissolved, which is the trade-off to weigh before ordering.

What the evidence says

It was approved in the United States as Geref in 1990 and 1997, and the approval was withdrawn in 2009 for commercial reasons, not for safety or effectiveness. No registered sermorelin product exists today. The full account, with the sources and the limits, is on the Sermorelin page, and the background in the guide on sermorelin and Mod GRF 1-29.

We publish no dosing schedules. Sold as research material, not as a medicine.

At 10 mg this is the largest sermorelin vial here, twice what Bio-Peptide and Genheal fill. With a peptide whose action is measured in minutes, vial size decides how many administrations one purchase covers rather than how strong each one is.

Concentration in this vial

Water added Concentration Per unit on a U-100 syringe
1 ml 10 mg/ml 100 mcg
2 ml 5 mg/ml 50 mcg
5 ml 2 mg/ml 20 mcg

The table is arithmetic and nothing else: it converts the 10 mg in this vial into the concentration you get for a chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. It is not a dosing recommendation, and we publish none.

This vial next to the other Sermorelin vials

The same compound is sold here in two other versions: Bio-Peptide, 5 mg and Genheal, 5 mg. The molecule is identical in each; what differs is the manufacturer and the amount in the vial. This is the largest of the 3 vials, which makes it the cheapest per milligram and the one that stands longest in solution.

Also from Nouveaux Ltd. in this group

Within Growth hormone peptides, Nouveaux Ltd. also supplies CJC-1295 10 mg, CJC-1295 with DAC 10 mg and GHRP-2 10 mg.

Questions

How much Sermorelin is in this vial?

10 mg of lyophilised powder from Nouveaux Ltd., in one vial.

What concentration does 2 ml of water give?

5 mg per millilitre, which is 50 mcg per unit on a U-100 insulin syringe. Other volumes are in the table above.

Is this the same molecule as the Bio-Peptide vial?

Yes. Sermorelin is the same compound in every vial here. The difference is the manufacturer and the amount: 10 mg in this one against 5 mg in that one.
